General Policies

MatsUnlimited does offer express shipping via UPS. Rush orders (UPS next or 2nd day) must be placed by 1:00 pm EST to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day. UPS overnight and 2nd Day delivery times are based on their normal operating business days (Monday - Friday). Saturday express deliveries are only available in select zip codes. To ensure that your order is handled properly, our Saturday delivery service is only available via phone orders.
